It's hard to be a good Norwegian in China

Happy syttende mai to all the Norwegians out there (and to the wanna be’s too).  In honor of Norwegian Constitution day I usually cook something Norwegian (usually…well always…meatballs…yumm) however I am here in China and they don’t sell ground beef.  Plus I am unable to find a recipe that doesn’t require an oven or important ingredients that I can’t find here.  Hopefully sometime this week I will make it to IKEA to but the next best thing (Swedish ingredients).   Let me know if you know of any recipes that don’t require flour, an oven, ground beef or anything instant…let me clarify…we have a small apartment so no smelly fish either!
